Passport types
When you open a trading account the system attaches electronic passport to your account automatically. The document means your level of trust to the company and also allows the company to set trust limits for a client. You can check a current status of your passport in the “Client’s cabinet” and “Personal details” sections. You can also change a passport type in any time convenient for you free of charge and fast.
This is an initial passport type which serves to make underlying transactions in the fully anonymous and confidential mode. The status is assigned to all the clients automatically and immediately after opening of trading account.
This is a base passport type. It allows technical support operators to contact with you faster in case of necessity by using contact information specified in your profile. To get a passport of this type you need to go into the “Personal details” section, to fill the form with your personal information and press the “Save” button. Then go to the “My passport” tab, select the item from the “Standard” drop-down list and press the “Send request” button. Your request to change a passport type shall be send to a technical support operator. After processing the request you will receive an e-mail notification that your passport type has been changed.

This passport type is of the highest status. The clients holding a passport of the type have the right to get additional privileges and bonuses. To get a passport of this type you need to go into the “Personal details” section, to fill the form with your personal information and press the “Save” button. Then go to the “My passport” tab, select the item from the “Verified” drop-down list and press the “Send request” button. Your request to change a passport type shall be send to a technical support operator. Later an operator will ask you to send an electronic copy of your identity document (passport or driving license). After processing the request you will receive an e-mail notification that your passport type has been changed.
